Product arrived really fast. Good quality.

There was a small issue with the order but customer service was great and helpful as it was no fault of theirs, rather the shipping company made a mistake. They got me taken care of in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend and will continue ordering In the future.

First awesome plates rubber smell goes away after a day out of the bag. Price can't beat that. And the shipping was very good. The guy came in his car and all the boxes still perfect condition checked èverything with me and left with a tip. Overall super happy. 5 stats for sure.

Bought online, the 10-90 lb set was cheaper than anywhere else, I'm not even sure how they can make a profit! the order was ready for pick up within a day.

Pick up was super confusing it was at a warehouse that was hard to find (a delivery driver picking up packages was having the same problem as me!), but it's all legit and I'm super happy with what I got.

I had been watching the 118lb set for nearly a year and purchased when they went on sale. I was disappointed that the included rack only holds 5 of the 8 pairs. Also, I wanted the colour coded set, as advertised, but mine came with 7 of the 8 pairs in 1 colour and the 8th pair in a different colour. When I messaged about the rack, Customer Service was curt and not helpful. Still a good deal, so I’ll keep them, even though I’m disappointed that it’s not what I ordered.

Follow up review - they continued threatening legal action, but offered to return their poor quality product IF I PAID FOR SHIPPING back to them, PLUS the original shipping to ME. Filed a BBB complaint. They ignored the agent completely. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY WITH POOR PRODUCTS. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Great quality weights but does have smell with is to be expected with rubber.

I find the quality of the Hajex rubber hex dumbbells equivalent to any others that have owned and can highly recommend them from the perspective of design, grip and cost per pound, being very competitive. Although delivery can be arranged for a price, I was close enough to be able to conveniently be able to pick up a 650 pound order and bring it home in my SUV. the warehouse staff willingly helped me load it. If I make further purchases of dumbbells, or indeed at home gym equipment, I will be doing them from Hajex in Montreal.

I got the 190lbs and I have no complaints aside from the rubber smell, which I aired out and cleaned with a vinegar spray and after a week or so the smell is gone. I am happy with this purchase. Will definitely buying more in the future.

I purchased the adjustable dumbbells and stand and received the four boxes within 48hours. Everything was easy to set up and the dumbbells are amazing because I can use them then my husband can adjust the weight up to 90 pounds and also use them!! Great quality weights and compact for a small home gym!!

Great price compared to cast iron

I had been searching for a few years, if you can believe it, but plates are either a huge mark up or garbage. I was seriously sceptical with the price but wow these plates are outstanding. Excellent price, top quality, easy to handle, no awful rubber smell. I will be back for more fire sure.

My new set of weights well made, comfortable, and offer a great range. The stand is extremely sturdy and compact and was very very easy to set up

Still haven’t received my order after 2 months

I bought a set of cast iron plates - they showed up chipped, lettering paint poorly applied and spilled, areas not black coated, and odd pits and big patches in the cast. Contacted the company for an exchange or refund, they refused and then threatened legal action against me, the consumer!! These are cheap chinese products, seconds at best. If you want a quality product, do not purchase from HAJEX. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Spend your money elsewhere.

$1 per pound. That’s what I paid. That was cheaper than I could find anywhere else - including used on Craigslist. Was able to pick up locally which saved a ton on shipping. The pick-up location was sketchy AF. When I eventually found the warehouse I was legit concerned I was going to encounter a lunatic wearing a skin suit and wielding a chainsaw. But the pickup went smoothly and the worker who helped load my truck was great. I bought the Olympic bumper weights not knowing what they were and I have to say I’m thrilled with the quality and practicality. Having all the plates the same diameter makes loading/unloading the bar while it’s on the floor for deadlifts quite easy. Would recommend.

This bar does what you’d expect from a bar. The weights are easy to load on/off the bar. The knurled grips make the bar easy to grab. It performs exactly like every other bar I’ve ever used. As it should.

Client service is trash, don't buy from them

Picking up twice was not good. You should both specify store time and ask us to call before coming. Never had this bad experience of picking up something before
