The largest steel section in the range, in the smallest package. The X5 is built on 75 × 75 × 2.5 mm tubing — a bigger profile than anything else we make — with 308 lb of pin-select stacks integrated into the frame.

Where the X5 Sits in the Range
Every machine from X2 up runs pin-select stacks. Choose the X5 for its steel section and compact footprint, the X4 for the largest stacks at 440 lb, or the X3 for the heaviest frame at 660 lb of 3.0 mm steel.
Delivery
Ships in a wooden crate on a pallet by curbside freight — this is not a parcel delivery. Plan for a second pair of hands and a tool to break the crate down.

Cancelling before delivery or pickup. Reply to your order confirmation email. We accept cancellations before delivery, and the amount is issued as HAJEX store credit — not refunded to your original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to change-of-mind cancellations, and card processing fees are non-refundable (approximately 3% on Canadian cards, 5.1% on US cards). Store credit does not expire and can be used on any product we sell.
Changed your mind after delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition. We can provide a prepaid return label with the cost deducted from your credit, or you can book your own return at hajexbolt.com. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Approved returns are issued as store credit within 2–5 business days.
Uncollected pickup orders. Orders not collected are charged a storage fee of $3 per day after the first 2 business days.
Defective or damaged items. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt to support@hajex.com. All HAJEX products carry a 12-month warranty. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery or notify us within 24 hours. Minor cosmetic marks, paint chips, and batch variations in finish or lettering fall within manufacturing tolerance and are not defects.
Delivery timelines. Handling is 1–2 business days. Transit is 1–5 business days in Canada and 2–7 business days to the USA. These are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed carrier service is purchased separately.
