The Z1 arrives ready to train. Every attachment is in the box — nothing sold separately, no second order.

What's Included

• Multi-grip pull-up bar — angled and neutral grips
• Straight lat pulldown bar — rubber grips, swivel bracket
• EZ curl bar — cambered, easy on the wrists
• 2 × J-hooks with protective sleeves, so your bar knurling stays sharp
• 4 × foam rollers
• Complete hardware pack — every bolt, nut and washer, plus 2 wrenches and 2 hex keys. You won't need your own tools.

Attachments like these are usually priced as extras. Here they're in the box.

Weight plates and barbell are not included. The Z1 is a frame — load it with your own Olympic plates. If you'd rather the weights came with it, look at the X2 through X5, which ship with plates or stacks included.

Built to Train Hard

• Linear ball bearings, not plastic bushings. A silent, friction-free bar path that feels like free weights with the stability of a machine.
• Train to failure without a spotter. The Limit Device sets bottom stops to your exact range of motion, backed by 9 lockout positions.
• A full gym in one frame. Lat pulldown and pull-up bar up top, low pulley for rows and curls, and squats, lunges and calf raises inside the rack.
