NUO style dumbbells adjust by lifting the handle out of its cradle at the weight you want. No pins, no plate swapping - a few seconds between sets, from 5 lb up to 90 lb per hand.

One pair replaces roughly seventeen sets of fixed dumbbells. Spare handles, pins, cradles, and plates are stocked separately, so a damaged part does not mean replacing the set.
