Good quality bumper plates for the price! Shipped quick and arrived quick. Only issue was company quoted me for shipping and then once my order was paid for quoted me a higher price which I needed to cover or I could remove 15lb plated from my order.

TL/DR would buy again in an heartbeat, customer service has been amazing and same for the equipment. UPS has been terrible, no fault of Hajex

Absolutely astounded with the quality and cost of these bumper plates. Customer service has been next level, extremely fast with responses to questions and tracking down lost packages. My shipment also included a squat rack, barbell and bench. Bar is great, nice knurl but not super aggressive. Will be setting up the rack this weekend and hopefully the bench arrives soon.
Already planning on buying more gear!

Side note, UPS customer service (which has nothing to do with Hajex) has been hit and miss, with some representatives being helpful, while some have been less than helpful bordering on rude. Also 19 parcels in my order which arrived to my rural town 2-5 pieces per day, 3 being rerouted to UPS access points 40km away, and 2 being lost.

Ordered two pairs dumbbell, 8 and 12 lb. Received 12 lb pair fast. But didn't receive both pairs together. Receive the second pair in over 2 weeks after my again and again emails. Since I like the quality of the products and the idea price. I give 5 stars. But hope the customer service can update for later delivery reason and time.

I really like the weights, the barbells and deadlift bar I purchased, however the emails are too much. I didn't sign up for this many emails.

Absolutely does not fit the weights they say. Larger weights catch one another big time. Spacing is not far enough apart.

I was attracted by the deal, even with shipping to the US it was a solid price. I was then asked to pay VAT, another $40 USD, this made the product less of a deal and what I could have paid locally. Then UPS holds them at customs for a few days, then I get one plate (after a missed delivery) but have to write a check for $20. The second plate comes a week later (after another missed delivery)… and I am required to pay another $30. This went from a decent deal to paying way more than I should have, waiting longer, and a headache. Not on the company, but apparently a new issue if you buy from

Fanatastic price, not comparable anywhere else. The bar moves smoothly and the weights are an excellent condition. I have no complaints and I plan on ordering more in the future.

Not impressed cheaply made dont hold together we're it shows the kg had to put lots in them so they would not pull through were you put the handles they broke at 1st use with just using 1 band dont waste your money buy elsewere

A little tough to find the warehouse but worth the savings.

Product is great, but do not ask for a pickup. Third party warehouse with muddy parking lot and an unprofessional service.

I ordered a barbell and set of 25lb plates as well as the 25lb dumbells. I unfortunately never recieved the 25 lb dumbbells and customer service tells me I am welcome to repurchase and pay additional shipping fees( was already a large investment for a single home family gym) or I can wait another 40 days to see if the delivery service will take responsibility for a lost package. 🤞

Purchased two dumbells, one came with a cracked base making the whole dumbell unusable.. the bases are made of plastic which is a terrible design choice to hold an 80lb dumbell that requires small pieces to slot together to function... been trying to get a replacement for about a month now customer service has been awful.. hopefully things turn around.

Can't ask for more. Plates at a good price and there's no bad odor from them.

Fine product, good price and good shipping. Rubber bumper plates do have a strong smell which is to be expected.
